Develica Deutschland Limited (the "Company") was informed on 6 October 2008, that on 6 October 2008 John Hallam acquired 250,000 Ordinary Shares on the market at €0.14 per Ordinary Share for a total consideration of €35,000.
These purchases brings Mr Hallam's interested holding in the Company to 350,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
