Director Shareholding
Develica Deutschland Limited (the "Company") was informed on 2 October 2008 and 6 October 2008 that Grant Tromans acquired 336,000 Ordinary Shares and 3,539,187 Ordinary Shares on market at €0.127 and at €0.13 per Ordinary Share respectively.
These purchases brings Mr Tromans' interested holding in the Company to 7,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
